Privacy statement

Who we are

This website is run by Awesome RPG, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 11053393 and owned by Stefan van Dockum, Populierstraat 10, 5271 NX Sint-Michielsgestel, the Netherlands. Awesome RPG is responsible for the processing described here. Questions, requests or complaints go to super@awesomerpg.com.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and has no social media plugins.
• It has no forms and no accounts. We never ask for your name or e-mail address here.
• Fonts and images come from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or any other third party while you are on this site.

We do not sell your data and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Every web server needs your IP address to send you a page, and Vercel briefly keeps technical request data such as your IP address, the time, the page you asked for and your browser type. That data is used to run the service and to protect it against abuse, never to find out who you are. Vercel keeps it for a limited period under its own retention terms.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel can process this data outside the European Economic Area. It does so under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If you e-mail us

When you write to us, we use your e-mail address and your message only to answer you. We keep the conversation for as long as that takes and any reasonable follow-up, and delete it within two years, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

If you join us on Patreon

Patreon runs our membership page and handles your account and payments there, under its own privacy policy. As the creator we see what Patreon shares with us about our patrons: your name or display name, your e-mail address, your tier and pledge, and messages you send us. We use that only to run the membership, and we keep it for as long as you are a patron and for two years after, unless the law requires longer.

This site links to AdventureDoku, RPG Gear, Patreon, MonkeyRebels and LinkedIn. Once you follow a link, the privacy statement of that website applies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, ask us to limit its use, or object to it. Mail super@awesomerpg.com and we will answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or to the data protection authority in your own country.

Children

This website is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us personal data, e-mail us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this website starts doing something new with data, we update this statement first and change the date at the top.
