Delete your data

This applies to every web, phone and tablet app published under the Awesome RPG name. You can delete your account at any time, and you do not need to give a reason.

Delete it in the app
Every Awesome RPG app with accounts has a delete option in its account or profile settings. Open the app, go to your account settings and choose to delete your account. This removes your account and the personal data that belongs to it from our systems, including what you made in the app.
Can't find it? E-mail us
If you cannot reach the option, no longer have the app installed, or would rather we handle it, e-mail super@awesomerpg.com from the address tied to your account. Tell us which app it is about, and we delete your account and data within one month and confirm when it is done.
What stays
- Records of purchases stay for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. They are no longer linked to your account.
- Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play stay in your store account. Deleting your Awesome RPG account does not cancel or refund them.
- Backups are overwritten in the normal cycle and are never used to bring a deleted account back.
